Hello! My name is Sidayja Jackson and for as long as I could remember, I have always loved puzzles. The joy that I receive from assembling things together is like no other. Similar to bags, they always seem to complete a look and express my moods. My obsession for bags has given me the name “Bag Lady” within my old household, which I am proud to have. I collect reusable bags, leather bags, canvas bags, you name it. I could never let a good bag leave my sight. As mentioned in the DÉFI DÉCOR bio, I look forward to bringing my creations to life. Before I go, you might be asking yourself, “Why DÉFI DÉCOR?”. Well in efforts to find a meaningful brand label, I stumbled across the word défi, which means challenge, in French. And the word challenge was such a fitting word to describe my overall mission with my brand. As a student, I encounter many hardships, whether it’s school, work, personal life etc. I challenge myself to reflect and analyze on what I could have done better and then react. So, I challenge you to do the same.
